The scene outside of the Asheville Civic Center before and during Gov. Sarah Palin’s campaign appearance. Her visit happened to coincide with the annual Zombie Walk, and by 8:00 PM the scene turned into one of the most surreal displays of political theater I’ve ever experienced. Good times.
