They are so good at acoustic…I too cringe everytime I hear someone get poor Shim’s name wrong. He’s so professional and doesn’t even correct them. I love the beat of this song.

hey! they mentioned the documentary called “rock prophecies” at 4:22, and, well, i saw that, and it was really cool. it was the first time i heard of these guys, and ive been a fan ever since! and they are one of the few bands out there who are actually good live, as well as in the studio… and sadly enough, i dont know how to say his name right either… someone wanna help me out here and tell me how to pronounce it properly?

I havent seen the documentary, but I would love 2–do u know where I could find it? Sick Puppies r so awesome, they make every1 instant fans–Ive been a fan of theirs ever since I first saw them in concert–having never heard of them b4–opening for Jet in March ‘07, and they were better than Jet, who I had come to see. Ur so right about them being 1 of the few bands who are good live and in the studio; their amazing live show was what attracted me so much 2 them in the first place… 2bcont…
…& about his name, Im SO glad Im not the only 1 who cant figure it out–I swear Ive been obsessed w/this band 4 over 2 years and have NEVER been able 2 figure out the correct way of pronouncing it–I looked it up online and everything, but 2 no avail. So, I finally gave up and decided 2 just stick 2 calling him “Shim” since thats what every1 seems 2 call him anyway. but Im w/u–if any1 knows the correct way of pronouncing it, would u please inform me so I dont have 2 feel so stupid anymore?
thanks SO much for finally clearing that up for me… that’s how I guessed it was pronounced, but I wasn’t 100% sure, and I always worried about sounding stupid for saying it wrong (I hate it when ppl mispronounce my name) and now i don’t have to worry any more. Thanks again!

This is why these guys are a great band! Not only do they make amazing studio CD’s, they are amazing live whether it’s acoustic or otherwise!

The lead singers name is Shimon by he goes by Shim..just like him with an “s” in front
The drummer is Mark and bassist is Emma
